Add Clean Purging Masterbatch
There are many purging agents on the market that claim to help with cost reductions, clean downs, removal of black specs etc.
GenieChem has searched all over the world and trialled many different materials. We believe we now have the best product to offer.
Our product firstly is universal; one product pretty much covers all thermoplastic polymers and PVC, only limiting area is cross linked polymers.
It can be used for a quick colour change or left overnight to remove the old carbon and polymer/pigment build up.
As a Masterbatch it is used at only 10% addition rate to any polymer you choose to use. It can be moulded, extruded, blown and run through hot runner systems.

After much development and trials in the USA, Axel is very pleased to promote their new waterbased release agent, XTEND W102. They have looked at the requirements of their customers and whether they’re using, GRP, Epoxy, Aluminium or Steel tools they have succeeded in producing a universal high gloss semi permanent release agent. To make life even easier, this product performs the same way as a solvent based system, wipe on, leave a few minutes then polish off for a high gloss finish.
Several trials were ran at one of our epoxy composite customers in the UK and they found the
W-102 performed as well as our high gloss solvent based system XTEND 818. As can be seen, trials were ran on epoxy, aluminium and carbon epoxy tooling.
